MK PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am a psychotherapist with a wealth of knowledge and experience, committed to providing a warm and safe space for you. I provide an integrated dynamic therapeutic approach, offering support for individuals, couples and families. My training is extensive and with over 20 years experience I use a wealth of Therapeutic approaches to ensure a successful and effective intervention to meet the diversity of my your needs.

I use several models of therapy such as: Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other approaches as listed fully below. I work with you as a whole, and exploring conscious and unconscious impacts on your thoughts/feelings/behaviours. I encourage you to gently explore experiences/relationships and the impact these life events have on your life in the present. I offer therapy for both complex and deeply distressing experiences, to every day stresses and strains. I have worked for several years with those in the entertainment industry (TV/Film & Theatre) I continue in this practice to offer therapeutic support to celebrities and offer a highly confidential service.
